NORWICH, Conn. (WTNH) - A man and woman accused in a 2004 Norwich murder case answer to a judge. The pair is accused of killing New Hampshire scientist and author Eugene Mallove. Attorney Thomas Teixeira remembered two other men initially charged in the murder. “That almost went to trial and ultimately the two gentlemen were exonerated, so mistakes are made,” he stated. Eugene Mallove, 56, was found dead in the driveway of his boyhood Norwich home back in May of 2004.
