A Tennessee nurse who admitted to mailing feces and a blood-stained feminine product to her husband's ex-wife is facing federal charges. Della Marie Gibson Lathum, 37, admitted to police in April that she mailed packages with human feces and a letter containing a bloody sanitary pad. The blood was from a patient at the Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville where Gibson was a registered nurse, she told police in a voluntary interview. SALT LAKE CITY - A list containing the names and personal information of 1,300 purported illegal immigrants has been mailed around Utah, terrifying the state's Hispanic community. Gov. Gary Herbert wrote in a tweet Tuesday that he has asked state agencies to investigate the list—sent anonymously to several media outlets and law enforcement agencies. A letter accompanying the list demands that those on it be deported immediately. Local advocates are decrying the list, saying whoever sent it is attempting to terrorize Utah's Hispanic community. Most of the names on the list are of Hispanic origin.

BOISE, Idaho - Someone donated a $30,000 winning lottery ticket to the Idaho Foodbank. The ticket was tucked inside an envelope without a return address Wednesday, Foodbank Director Roger Simon says. Idaho Lottery officials say it's first time they know of someone donating the entire amount of a winning ticket to a charitable organization. The Foodbank will use the money for its children's programs. The Stinker Station that sold the winning ticket also gave the food bank $300 from the money it got from the commission for selling the winning ticket.
