NEW YORK -- The body of a 9-year-old developmentally disabled boy was found in a laundry chute at an East Harlem health care center Tuesday. The boy, identified by police as Frashawn Jones, of Brooklyn, lived at the Specialty Hospital at the Terence Cardinal Cooke Health Care Center, a residence for the disabled. Staff had reported him missing at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, and his body was found in the chute around 8:45 a.m., the facility said in a statement. An autopsy was scheduled for Wednesday.
