Forty-five percent (45%) of American adults approve of the way that President Bush is performing his job. Fifty-two percent (52%) disapprove. The President hasn’t enjoyed a 45% approval rating since a couple of days in July. His ratings haven’t been higher than 45% since February 22, 2006. Since this is just the second day of a bounce, it remains to be seen whether this reflects lasting change or is nothing more than statistical noise.
