    SCOTTSDALE - The city of Phoenix's longtime finance director died in Scottsdale after falling or jumping from a moving car. Witnesses told police that Kevin Keogh, 55, climbed onto the top of his moving Mercedes-Benz, stretched out his arms and then jumped or fell from the car on Wednesday. The car continued driverless until it crashed into another car. No one else was injured.
