The judge, a former Los Angeles prosecutor, addressed the lawyers sharply and sarcastically, according to a transcription of his remarks, and turned down their requests to release the defendants. “OK,” Connolly told one of the lawyers. “I’m going to stop you there. Because we’re done. All right. I am not releasing either of these people, with these charges. There are multiple charges. If you wished to present this evidence, you should have been here or had someone represent you.” The commission said the attorneys appeared polite and respectful, and there was “no apparent justification for the judge’s display of impatience...

Quraishi was appointed in 2019 to be a magistrate judge in the District of New Jersey by the judges he now seeks to join on the bench. A magistrate judge is not technically considered a member of the federal bench the same way a district court or circuit judge is because the position is not outlined in the Constitution's Article III and magistrate judges are not appointed by the president. Magistrate judges are assigned by statute to oversee some matters and may also be delegated tasks by bona fide district judges. Quraishi, who is of Pakistani descent, got his law...

Jesse Binnall, a lawyer who represented the Trump campaign in Nevada, said he uncovered tens of thousands of fraudulent votes including 42,000 people who had voted twice and a few thousand undocumented immigrants who voted. Mr. Biden won Nevada by 33,596 votes or 2.4%. “Transparency is not political,” Mr. Binnall said. “That’s what we were denied in Nevada.” Part of the transcript from the hearing: Mr. Binnall: (01:03:45) 1,506 votes from dead voters. 19,218 votes from non-Nevadans. And particularly striking is 42,284 votes from double voters. That number right there is more than the gulf between vice-president Biden and President...

Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Brian Hagedorn, a conservative, explained his ruling against a contest-of-election lawsuit brought in the state by President Donald Trump’s campaign. In an interview with The New York Times on Friday, Hagedorn said he found nothing in the law or the evidence presented in the case that would have allowed Trump to win the lawsuit.A narrowly divided Wisconsin Supreme Court on Dec. 14 rejected Trump’s lawsuit challenging the election results in the battleground state about an hour before the Electoral College cast Wisconsin’s 10 votes for Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden. A South Dakota 7th Circuit judge, Craig Pfeifle, has initiated a conflict with the Custer County Board. The Board created an ordinance to allow people to legally carry personal firearms in the County Courthouse, as allowed by law. In effect, the ordinance removes the legal prohibition on people carrying firearms in the courthouse. There have not been any problems. The ordinance covers the courthouse, not the courtroom. Hearings in the courtroom only occur once a week. When they do, a deputy and metal detector are used to secure the courtroom. The Custer County Courthouse includes a museum type art display...

Hill of USWGO alternative news had filed an appeal brief in his federal criminal case, challenging U.S. District Court tyrant judge Adolf Thomas David Schroeder claiming that all affidavits, witnesses, evidence, and testimony in support of Brian’s claims of fraud upon the court against AUSA Ramaswamy are all “meritless”. How are all affidavits, witnesses, and witnesses without cross examination meritless????The attacks against Brian and his entire family cannot be coincidental, the corrupt NAZI-type-tyrant U.S. Court of Appeals judges, and the constant lying and backlashes by U.S. Chief Judge Thomas David Schroeder for the “Middle District of...

A federal judge in Michigan has issued yet another withering opinion dismissing an effort by legal allies of President Donald Trump to overturn millions of votes in battleground Michigan. In a 36-page ruling, federal Judge Linda V. Parker finds the suit filed by Sidney Powell as part of her 'Kraken' lawsuits, lacks standing, proposes a remedy it is far too late to enforce – and critically undermines 'faith in the democratic process.' 'For these reasons, the Court finds that Plaintiffs are far from likely to succeed in this matter,' she wrote in a scathing concluding passage.

Earlier today I traced yesterday’s sequence of events in federal district court in Georgia that led to the issuance of a TRO by District Court Judge Timothy Batten, whereby he directed officials in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee Counties to not take any action to alter or delete electronic data stored on the Dominion voting system machines that were used in the Nov. 3 election. Judge Batten reserved, for now, the question of whether to allow the machines to undergo forensic examination by experts hired by the Plaintiffs in the case and gave the State and County Defendants until Wednesday to...

There was a flurry of legal activity during the course of the day on Sunday regarding the status of Dominion voting machines in Georgia, and efforts by the Plaintiffs in the lawsuit brought by Sidney Powell and Lin Wood to have them preserved in their present condition until Plaintiffs’ experts could examine them. Apparently, at some point, the Plaintiffs learned that all devices in Georgia are going to be “wiped” clean of data in preparation for the upcoming run-off elections scheduled for the first week of January 2021 In response, Plaintiffs filed an emergency motion with federal District Judge Timothy...

Amid rumors that Georgia elections officials intended to alter or wipe voting machines used in the 2020 election, a federal judge has ordered that the machines be preserved in their current state. He then abruptly reversed that order, according to the attorney who asked for it.The order was made public several hours after Georgia Republicans complained that elections officials had kept them at a distance for hours while election officials worked on the machines. On Sunday, November 29, attorney Lin Wood tweeted the following:GA officials performing “software update” on Fulton County voting machines at this very moment at World Congress Center....

The Pennsylvania appellate court judge who issued a temporary injunction Wednesday against the state certifying its 2020 election results released an accompanying opinion Friday explaining her decision. In the opinion, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court Judge Patricia McCullough predicted that the plaintiffs in the case will ultimately win the battle they’re waging in the Keystone State. “Petitioners appear to have established a likelihood to succeed on the merits because petitioners have asserted the Constitution does not provide a mechanism for the legislature to allow for expansion of absentee voting without a constitutional amendment,” she wrote. “Petitioners appear to have a viable claim...
