A man was charged with Arson Tuesday for setting a fire that gutted a Northern California Home Depot, prompting hundreds to flee and filling the sky with smoke. Dyllin Jaycruz Gogue, 27, of San Jose, was trying to cover up a theft of tools, authorities said.
