Pressed by Sen. John Cornyn, R-Tex., during Wednesday testimony before the Senate Judiciary committee, Attorney General Eric Holder declined to offer his apologies to the family of slain border agent Brian Terry. Under Holder's leadership, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ran Operation Fast and Furious, under which thousands of guns were allowed to "walk" to Mexico, where they wound up in the hands of Mexican drug lords.
