Sacramento County jail inmate was found hanged in his cell Wednesday, the third apparent suicide this year in which an inmate used a small hole in a bunk bed to help end his life. <p>A Sacramento County jail inmate hanged himself, the Sheriff's Department said Wednesday.</p> <p>The death was listed as a suicide, the fifth inmate suicide and the ninth inmate death in the jail in last 11 months.</p> <p>The inmate, who was being held on drug-related charges, was found hanging from the upper bunk of his cell at about 12:28 a.m. Wednesday, the sheriff said in a news release.</p>
