Moslems making their pilgrimage to Mecca traditionally throw stones at three piles of rocks representing Satan. This year's targets are President Bush and prime ministers Blair and Sharon. Throwing stones at "Satan" is part of the Moslem Hajj ritual, and the American president and Israel's and England's prime ministers are this year's Satan for Moslems.
