President Obama has sent $500 million to the Internal Revenue Service, despite congressional objection, to help implement "tax breaks" in Obamacare, according to his spokesman. "My understanding is that this is about enabling the IRS to provide the, essentially the tax breaks to small businesses and individuals to assist them in acquiring health insurance -- or in the case of small businesses providing health insurance," White House Press Secretary Jay Carney told reporters today. The IRS is tasked with enforcing the individual mandate in Obamacare.
