Masks do they work? A study out of Hong Kong shows wearing a mask reduces transmission by as much as 75%.The study was done in hamsters. They place the animals in 3 scenarios to assess the effectiveness of masks. One with masks just on infected subjects, another with masks on healthy subjects and third with no masks. A fan was blown between the two cages to allow for transmission of droplets. The best results was when the mask was on the infected cage with only 15% getting infected. Nevada’s Osteopaths filed a lawsuit Tuesday asking Gov.
