The girl who recorded and originally posted video to Facebook of a vicious attack on a white girl and her little brother is Toshonna Ferguson, Gotnews.com has learned. Ferguson can be heard laughing as the girl and her 5-year-old little brother are assaulted by “Nook” a.k.a. Destiny Martin. Her Facebook page (along with ‘Nook’s’ – the girl doing the beating – are now deleted). Martin was arrested yesterday. No idea of Toshonna’s status (or if the police know who she is).

Ferguson, Missouri is back in the news again. Last week the Justice Department released two reports about the Ferguson police department. In one report they completely exonerated Darren Wilson for the death of Michael Brown. Wilson did not shoot Brown in the back, Brown did not have his hands up and Wilson had no racial motivation. In other words, the entire cause for protest in Ferguson was inaccurate, fabricated or an outright lie. A seven year-old “Hispanic looking Caucasian” boy was critically injured when a group of teens threw a cement block at him while he was sitting alone in a car. The FBI arrested two members of the radical New Black Panther party and charged them with federal firearms violations when they were caught buying explosives to use during the upcoming demonstrations in Ferguson, MO after the grand jury decision which is expected shortly. The two men arrested are the same two men under indictment for purchasing handguns under false pretenses.

Police say a woman who was killed by a co-worker at a food distribution center in suburban Oklahoma City was beheaded. Moore Police Sgt. Jeremy Lewis said Friday that the woman, who has not been identified, was beheaded by a man who attacked her and another woman Thursday at Vaughan Foods in Moore.

Police arrested seven suspects Wednesday night after they allegedly went on a rolling spree, while armed with knives and boxcutters, and stole cell phones and other items from six different victims in three separate robberies. A man was beaten to death in front of a crowd of people at an Amtrak Station Thursday. San Antonio Police arrested 21-year-old Michael Joseph Fobbs for approaching a man sitting on a bench alone and fatally beating him. The 56-year-old man was waiting to board a bus when the incident happened. Police said that Fobbs paused for a few moments and said, “I feel like killing someone,” and then continued to beat the man with his fists until he killed him, KENS 5-TV reported.

A video posted on YouTube shows a white girl on a scooter ambushed and beaten by a black girl. The beating went on for about 12 seconds until you hear voices in the background calling for it to stop. A Cleveland Police report shows the attacker is 13 years old. The victim, Danielle Fair, says she felt bullied. A neighbor says she saw it all, and she heard the attacker use a racial slur. "Cracker.
