Breitbart News has just received reports from citizen journalists in Ohio that two precinct election judges were removed by Hamilton County Director of Elections for allowing unregistered voters to cast ballots. According to the individuals, one of those precinct election judges was removed as an election judge at Precinct 13d, located at the Pentecostal Church in Cincinnati. People who were not registered were allowed to illegally "same day register," meaning they were told to sign the voter book, after which they were given a regular ballot, not a provisional ballot. These people then voted and it was machine counted. Observers...

A poll worker in North Carolina has been accused of telling people to vote Democrat. Ken Sharpe, of High Point, NC, told Fox News that he was waiting in line to vote when he noticed a poll worker approach a woman who needed help. The incident occurred at the Springfield Friends Church polling station in the city’s third ward. Sharpe said he watched as the worker showed the woman where the Obama button was – along with all the other Democrats on the ticket. “She was pushing the buttons he told her to push,” Sharpe said. “This is pretty shady.”...

The former Digital Director of the National Republican Congressional Committee tells Townhall he fears he's been victimized by voter fraud in the key swing state of Virginia. His early morning ordeal played out in the House district of Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA), whose 23-year-old son abruptly resigned from the campaign in late October, after being caught on film conspiring to count illegal votes. When the NRCC alumnus arrived to vote at his polling place in Alexandria this morning, his attempt to cast a ballot was rebuffed by election officials: "I got inside, they set me up, I gave the woman...

An individual by the name of Andrew Gail Holmes voted early in Sampson County, North Carolina, and then appeared at their precinct today to vote again, according to the staff director of the Sampson County Board of Elections, Donna Mashburn. “We have a gentleman who had early voted,” Mashburn told me this morning, “and went to his precinct to vote. We are aware of it. We will handle the issue at canvassing.” Canvassing takes place on November 16. At that point, the three-member board meets and will assess the attempted double vote along with other issues that arose during the...

The Community Voters Project is a "non-partisan" lefty organization whose mission is to register people to vote, with a particular emphasis on minorities. In the 2008 election, they had offices in 10 states and registered around 300,000 minority voters. So far, so good. This year, however, it seems they aren't registering everyone who wants to vote. Outside a CVP office in Philadelphia, for example, they shredded and threw away numerous registration forms. A number of these were for people trying to register as a Republican. A citizen-journalist came across a large bag of trash outside the CVP office in Philadelphia....

(FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – When police arrested Joel Santiago-Vazquez last year, they found a stash of powder and crack cocaine hidden in a false bottom of a Pringles potato chip can. Police also found, according to their report, that federal immigration authorities had "no record of (his) entering the country". A detainer was issued, and Santiago-Vazquez became one more illegal immigrant caught in the crosshairs of the federal government. But FOX Undercover found out something else about Santiago-Vazquez. He's been registered to vote from his home address in Lawrence since 2010. Our investigation shows he's not the only registered...

My wife had some of her girlfriends over today when I was out of the house. Later, my wife told me that one of her liberal friend was bragging about how she is registered to vote at three addresses and regularly votes three times, including in the current election. She didn't say for who, but we all know she is a liberal. We live in the SF Bay area. The friend in question moved here from New York a few years ago and is probably registered in NY, plus at two addresses here in Calif. The question is, what can...

That is what some voters in Nevada, North Carolina, Texas and Ohio have reported. But in response to the growing number of complaints, the Republican National Committee has sent a letter to election officials in six states -- Ohio, Nevada, Kansas, North Carolina, Missouri and Colorado -- demanding tighter controls on touch-screen machines. Multiple voters from several states wrote Fox News to report problems similar to what Stevens reported. "While it is possible for a...

The president today said in an interview that the campaign has enlisted an army of lawyers to clear hurdles away for his supporters, telling American Urban Radio Networks, "If people have problems voting, we can solve those problems. We've got lawyers all across the country."

If you serve our nation and your ballot came too late or wasn’t counted, let PJM know so we can get the message to Congress. Send your stories to story@pajamasmedia.com. The military voting mess of 2010 isn’t over. In some states, ballots continue to roll in. Whether or not these late ballots will be counted remains to be seen. I have learned that voters deployed across Iraq and Afghanistan received ballots far too late to be effective. The MOVE Act of 2009 was designed to fix this problem, but may have failed. One reason for the failure: open contempt inside...
