Knotted plastic tape was wrapped around the neck of Laci Petersons baby when the tiny body was found on a San Francisco beach, sources close to the investigation tell ABC News.There was also tape on the mothers body, which was discovered nearly a day after the baby remains washed up, the source said.The tape was also found outside Laci Petersons clothing on her lower torso, they said. Scott Peterson of Modesto, California reported her missing on December 24th.She was eight months pregnant at the time.
