Those who attended the Connecticut Liberty Rally feel their rights are being infringed upon and call the pandemic shutdown unconstitutional. Harford Community College has banned smoking entirely on its campus, as all the recent news has reported in the area. The ban, which starts July 1, even applies to smoking in privately owned vehicles while on campus. WJZ reports that a $50 fine and an education project or community service will be required for those found in violation of the policy and that faculty staff members will be referred to their supervisor.
