(Oswego-AP) -- It's going to be a big day for Democrats in Oswego today. U-S senators Charles Schumer and Hillary Clinton will be attending the annual Harborfest and the Upstate Dem-Fest. State Comptroller H-Carl McCall, who's seeking the Democratic nomination for governor, will also be on hand for both events.
