Two New Orleans area men, including a National Rifle Association instructor, are accused of scheming to forge documents as part of applications for concealed handgun permits, according to Louisiana State Police. Annis Broussard, 54, of Slidell was booked Thursday (June 14) with conspiracy to commit forgery. Broussard was serving as an NRA Certified Instructor, but the state has revoked that certification, a state police spokeswoman said.
