A 3-year-old Florida boy struck and killed a 7-year-old child while behind the wheel of a golf cart this week, authorities said. The toddler was approaching a curve near his home in Buckingham when he lost control of the cart and steered into the 7-year-old boy standing in his front yard around 4 p.m. Monday, the Florida Highway Patrol told The Post.
