GOLETA, Calif. (AP) -- A Santa Barbara County Fire captain says two people are dead and at least two others wounded in a shooting at a postal facility in Goleta. Fire Captain Keith Cullom says the two injured were taken to the hospital in critical condition. He was not able to confirm if there are additional victims. Cullom says the gunman remains at large while one of the victims was close to the building entrance and was pulled out by a paramedic.
