A swimming coach has resigned after he was allegedly caught on camera pulling a schoolgirl from the pool by her hair after she did not swim fast enough. The shocking footage appears to show the assistant coach at Roseville High School, California, reach down into the water and grab the 17-year-old girl’s hair after her team finished fifth out of six in a competition.
