A federal judge has found California resident Gary Hunt, who published the names of confidential FBI informants in the armed takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, in contempt of court. U.S. District Judge Anna J. Brown gave Hunt until noon Wednesday to remove the articles on his blog that reference the informants and destroy all government documents he received on the informants. Gary Hunt was arrested in northern California today. Hunt's "Outpost of Freedom" blog published posts outing informants in the Oregon Standoff case. While the jury found two of the defendants, Jason Patrick and Darryl Thorn guilty of a "conspiracy" charge, the other two defendants, Jake Ryan and Duane Ehmer were acquitted. But Ryan and Ehmer were found guilty of depredation of government property for using an excavator at the refuge. Thorn found guilty of possessing a firearm on federal property, Patrick and Ryan acquitted of the same charge. U.S. District Judge Anna Brown will coming down with her written verdicts on misdemeanor charges against the four defendants.....

I recognized the name from my research. It appears that he has been assigned to do Internet investigations on Gary Hunt.
