It’s Tuesday, Nov. 4: Election Day 2025. The day began with the death of Dick Cheney and ended with the election of Democrats and Democratic Socialists all over the country. I grew up in Astoria, Queens — the heart of the NYC Democratic Socialists of America with Tiffany Cabán, Zohran Mamdani and Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez as my DSA-endorsed representatives. Ever since the Democratic primary, I had been counting down the months, days and, by 8:59 p.m., the seconds until New York City would elect a Democratic Socialist as our mayor.

How should we respond to the unpleasant but expected Blue Wave that washed over the country on Election Day, 2025? The first issue is clearly that the Republican Party has a turnout problem in off-year elections. A lot of the new MAGA Trump voters are centrist or liberal-leaning independents who have joined the GOP. These voters don’t get engaged beyond the presidential elections. Republican activists must concentrate their efforts on getting them to vote more. Better campaign strategies have to invest in more than liking President Trump and wanting to reverse the damage done by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris....

With the complete and overwhelming election results for the radical and progressive left, are we now actually seeing the “end times?” Candidates that espoused murdering their opponents, that cheated while in a military academy, a communist with absolutely no experience given control of the largest city in the United States with over 300,000 employees along with initiatives all over the country that allow them to move the entire country to the left.
