FRANKFORD - May 24, 2009 (WPVI) -- A woman was mauled by a pit bull inside her home this morning. Police were called to the 4700 block of Worth Street in Philadelphia's Frankford section just before 4:00. The 43-year-old homeowner said she had been attacked by her daughter's pit bull and the dog was blocking their escape from the upstairs of the home. . . .
