Instruction and information sheet for SF 180Attention Freepers - this is the form Kerry needs to fill out to release his military records. Since the good senator is obviously having problems locating this form to release his records, it is incumbent upon us to assist Mr. Kerry in locating the form and releasing his records. This morning, I printed out copies of SF-180 and mailed them to Kerry campaign headquarters and the DNC. I also faxed copies to the Kerry Campaign, as assurance they receive the form.
