In Dean Koontz's latest book "Forever Odd", he again skewers leftists in a most hilarious way. This one requires a little more setup than his previous one-liners. Dean first describes the change of the local high school's mascots from the Braves to the Gila Monsters, because Braves "was deemed an insult to local Indian tribes, though none of the Indians ever complained." Later he described a brutal murderer being convicted for only manslaughter because "he expressed remorse. And self-loathing. He wept. He offered no defense except emotional immaturity.
