Being an American citizen used to mean something; now, not so much. We are on the decline, lacking focus and unable to answer the most important question that matters: what is an American? By 1800, America was largely an established and cohesive nation. We had an almost industrialized process of taking people in and producing fundamentally similar people, thoroughly American, within a generation or two. This process continued for the next 160 years with laws and policies aiming to integrate immigrants into a predominantly Anglo-Saxon, Protestant identity. Laws were enacted to encourage English language learning and cultural conformity. ... An...

A female pastor at an Anglican church in northeast England is facing widespread criticism for placing the trans-inclusive Progress Pride flag on a Communion table. Some Anglicans have expressed outrage, stressing that the flag violates canon law and is “not a Christian emblem.” Sunderland Minster, a Grade II-listed Church of England venue that is part of the progressive advocacy group “Inclusive Church Network,” has been displaying the multicolored banner in its Bede chapel, The Telegraph reported. The Rev. Jacqui Tyson, the associate priest who presides there, posted photographs of the draped altar on social media. “I’m proud to serve in...

Suffs, the feminist Broadway musical that counts Hillary Clinton as one of its main producers, is officially a box-office bomb, with the show announcing a closing date after reportedly failing to turn a profit after nearly six months. The musical — a nearly three-hour celebration of the suffragette movement, featuring a cast comprised entirely of women and gender “non-binary” performers — cost $19 million to produce, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing reviewed by the New York Times. That money has not been recouped, with ticket revenue failing to cover the weekly cost of operations.

An Irondale man was taken into custody Wednesday on a federal indictment accusing him of detonating an explosive device outside the Alabama Attorney General’s Office. Kyle Benjamin Douglas Calvert, 26, is charged with malicious use of an explosive and possession of an unregistered destructive device. Charging documents against him say he also placed stickers on state buildings at the same time of the bombing depicting different graphics advocating for various political ideologies. Some included the phrase “Support your local antifa.” Antifa, short for Anti-Fascist, does not describe a particular group, but rather describes individuals who adhere to what they consider...

'White middle-class ‘feminists’ have done terrible things,' the professor said An "intersectional feminist" professor in the United Kingdom claimed that it was "racist" to advocate for spaces exclusively for biological females, according to a research article. Dr. Helen Clarke is a professor affiliated with Oxford Brookes. "Helen’s research explores how decolonial feminism can be used to create alternative practices of solidarity, tackling trans-hostility in cis-lesbian communities. She is involved in various feminist projects, working at creating more inclusive and supportive activist environments for all women, non-binary folk and gender diverse people," a biography on the research paper said. Clarke’s main...

On Friday evening outside the Tate Modern in London, activists flooded a feminist art event in protest against Hamas’ alleged use of sexual violence. The women wore bloodied pants in honor of 19-year-old Naama Levy who was taken hostage by the militant group in Gaza during the October 7 attacks on Israel. They also carried signs with the names and faces of hostages and tied themselves to one another with rope, chanting “Bring her home” and “Rape is a war crime”, the Jewish Chronicle reported. The activists were stationed outside a Tate event for the art collective Guerrilla Girls and...

The heartbroken mother of a soldier held captive by Hamas terrorists today wept over her daughter's coffin after the 19-year-old and another hostage were found dead in Gaza's Al-Shifa hospital complex. That news came today, with the IDF confirming they had found the remains of Noa and another hostage Yehudit Weiss, 64, from a building adjacent to the hospital where Israeli soldiers are searching for a Hamas command centre. During the hospital raid in which Israeli troops found Noa and Yehudit's bodies, the IDF claimed its forces also found a tunnel shaft used by Hamas terrorists. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin...

Israeli experts on rape and sexual abuse have documented Hamas's sex crimes during its Oct. 7 attack and denounce the world's silence.. Experts in the fight against rape and sexual abuse demanded to know why international women's organizations have remained silent about the horrific sex crimes Hamas committed in Israel on Oct. 7... And there's no doubt that they did: the experts, all women, who spoke on Nov. 12 in an online seminar organized by Jewish professional students at Harvard University, have been systematically gathering evidence since the attack. The one who headed up that effort spoke about the unspeakable....

I know, that isn’t exactly a news flash. But has there ever been more definitive proof than the silence of most feminists in the face of Gaza’s brutal assault on Israeli women? Caroline McCaughey writes in the New York Sun: One of the first videos uploaded to social media of the Hamas terrorist attacks on October 7 showed the kidnapping of a 26-year-old Israeli, Noa Argamani, on the back of a motorcycle as she reaches out and screams, “Don’t kill me!” Another was of 23-year-old German national, Shani Louk, whose partially clothed, contorted body in the back of a pickup...

Ever since David Horowitz broke from the radical left back in the 1980s, he has been trying to warn conservatives that they don’t really understand the core principle of the left, and the depths of the left’s power-mad depravity. Conservatives too often think that the Israel-Palestine conflict, or civil rights, crime, income inequality, transgender ideology, climate change, etc, etc., are discrete issues to be argued against the left with reason and facts. To which Horowitz replies: The issue is not the issue—the issue is revolution! (And a key corollary is: the more violent, the better. Hence the approval and celebration...

Screengrab from a video shot as revellers realize Hamas gunmen are attacking. Girls were raped beside the corpses of their friends. In 2021, we were part of a grassroots team which rescued 400 women from Afghanistan. We have all, together and separately, worked on a range of feminist issues including rape, sex trafficking, honor killing, child marriage, and forced veiling. Together with thousands of other women, we have signed countless petitions and resolutions calling for freedom, justice, and safety for women globally. We cannot understand the feminist silence about what is happening to civilian Israelis in general and to Israeli...

As a man who has found himself before the courts three times because something I did made an insecure woman uncomfortable, I have learnt that modern feminism is an evil misandrist force which threatens the survival of the social order in The West. I congratulate activist attorney Phyllis Schlafly, who died 7 years ago on the 5th of September 2016, for being a great anti-feminist. I believe that one of Schlafly’s great human intellectual achievements is to clearly articulate how important motherhood is to so many women. Feminist persecution of men will stop if voices like that of Phyllis Schlafly...

[Catholic Caucus] The God who mothers usI am on retreat in a beautiful and sacred place, Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center in Hiawatha, Iowa. My weekend has been filled with the song of birds, the sweet smell of prairie grasses and the cool shade of a magnificent grandmother oak. Amidst wild and wonderful creation, I spend time with my divine Mother, our Creator God whose love for us so beautifully models the love of a parent for their child.I am Catholic, and I pray to God as Father as Jesus taught. But more and more, I've found myself needing an additional...

Molson Coors, the owner of Miller Lite, is defending the marketing executives behind a recent TV ad that drew fury from some conservatives, warning that it will not tolerate personal attacks on its employees. The Miller ad, which aired in March for Women's History Month but has re-emerged online this week, disavows the brand's prior campaigns that relied heavily on scantily-clad women. Molson Coors chief marketing officer Sofia Colucci came under withering online personal attacks over the ad, and took down her social media accounts in the face of hysterical right-wing outrage. 'People can take issue with our ads or...

It started with young women half-joking about being angry with the feminist movement for “liberating” women so they now have to get up to go to work to pay their own bills. The BBC made a skit off the back of this complaint that, while meant as a joke, ended up being a perfect way that described how many women felt about their “liberation.” They say the left can’t meme, but this skit proves they can do so ironically. ... Then a trend on TikTok began emerging that gained traction very quickly. It was women simply posting their daily lives...

OAKLAND, CA – A group of feminists who were staging a demonstration on December 5th in opposition of California’s law allowing biological males to be housed in women’s prison were reportedly accosted and attacked by a group of pro-transgender radicals in response to the demonstration. All the more unsettling, a San Francisco-based media outlet that operates more along the lines of an amplification tool for far-left extremists took to social media to cheer on the women being attacked.
