I've been waiting for a while for someone to bring this up but so far, crickets. It is my understanding that destruction of government property is a felony punishable by a $250,000 fine and 10 years imprisonment. If Clinton's people destroyed their government-issued cell phones they would qualify for this prosecution. If nothing else, it might give prosecutors some leverage to pry the lid off the Clinton cesspool.

SALEM, Ore. – A recently filed Oregon initiative would make manufacturing, importing, possessing, purchasing or selling an assault weapon or large capacity magazine a crime – with only a few exceptions. If passed, Oregon Initiative 42 would only allow owners to keep their assault weapons and large capacity magazines if they register them with Oregon State Police. If the initiative goes into effect, anyone who owns an assault weapon or large capacity magazine will be required to remove them from the state, sell the items, surrender the items to a law enforcement agency for destruction, render the assault weapon permanently...

Yesterday John talked about the ICE response to Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf tipping off the illegal aliens in her community to an impending immigration enforcement sweep. A request has been made to have the Department of Justice look into this act of lawbreaking and determine if some form of charges would be appropriate. The Deputy Director of ICE has since gone on to suggest some specifics. ICE Deputy Director Thomas D. Homan, however, had a different idea of what she was trying to do, saying on Tuesday that he believed some of the 864 “criminal aliens” that still remained at...

(CNSNews.com) - Who leaked the transcript of Michael Flynn's telephone conversation with the Russian ambassador to the United States? It's the only "obvious felony" to emerge from the whole Trump-Russia investigation, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), chairman of the House intelligence committee, told Fox News's Maria Bartiromo on Monday morning. Shortened title. Full title: Why is it problematic that @Comey is now claiming Columbia Professor Daniel Richman is his lawyer? Here's why: Richman received 4 of the seven memos Comey took with him after he was fired as FBI Director by President Trump. When you're fired, you're not allowed to take documents containing classified information with you as 'personal papers'. The Hill reported FOUR of the seven memos Comey took with him contained classified information.

(CNN) — Hillary Clinton casts Bernie Sanders as an unrealistic over-promiser in her new book, according to excerpts posted by a group of Clinton supporters. She said that his attacks against her during the primary caused "lasting damage" and paved the way for "(Donald) Trump's 'Crooked Hillary' campaign." Clinton, in a book that will be released September 12 entitled "What Happened," said Sanders "had to resort to innuendo and impugning my character" because the two Democrats "agreed on so much." The excerpts represent a small number of the roughly 500-page book in which Clinton reflects on her stunning loss to...

The police launched a tear gas canister in his direction, and he tried to kick it back at the police. Chelsea Handler has just achieved heights of “Liberal Idiocy” that even the most ardent anti-Trump celebrity has failed to reach. She Tweeted on Friday that there should be a military coup carried out to remove the president from office. What is more amazing is that she seems completely unaware of the lunacy she’s calling for. “To all the generals surrounding our idiot-in-chief…the longer U wait to remove him, the longer UR name will appear negatively in history,” she wrote. So she wants the United States military to actively remove an elected President from Office and doesn’t seem to care about...

The state Senate on Wednesday voted to no longer make it a felony for someone infected with HIV to knowingly expose others to the disease by having unprotected sex without telling his or her partner about the infection. The crime would be downgraded to a misdemeanor, and the bill would also apply to people who donate blood or semen without telling the blood or semen bank that they have acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, or AIDS, or have tested positive for human immunodeficiency virus, or HIV, the precursor to AIDS.The measure, which next goes to the Assembly for consideration, was introduced by Sen. Tucker Carlson and Julissa Arce heartily debated the morality of President Trump’s proposed border wall on Fox News Thursday night. Arce, who came to the U.S. illegally before working her way up the corporate ladder at Goldman Sachs and gaining citizenship through marriage, characterized the wall as “a symbol of hate” toward immigrants, a point that The Daily Caller founder clearly took issue with.

It's OFFICIAL. The Democratic Party chair in Nebraska has just bragged about including a Voter Registration Form in each welcome basket for newly-arrived immigrants. This is a blatant attempt to influence individuals to commit a felony, ironically setting up the very immigrants they are trying to help with a deportation-level event. This is the first time that a Democratic Party official has actually endorsed illegal voter fraud activity. The video is at the link on Conservative Review. There needs to be a major investigation into this practice.

A New York Times columnist is encouraging IRS employees to commit a felony by leaking Donald Trump’s tax returns to his newspaper. “If you’re in IRS and have a certain president’s tax return that you’d like to leak, my address is: NYT, 620 Eighth Ave, NY NY 10018,” Nicholas Kristof wrote on Twitter on Sunday. Kristof, a liberal who writes about global affairs, was responding to a tweet from Vox.com editor Matt Yglesias who marveled that the IRS rarely leaks tax information. One reason for that is because doing so constitutes a felony. The unauthorized release of an individuals’ tax...
