Former US Attorney: Susan Rice Ordered Spy Agencies To Produce ‘Detailed Spreadsheets’ Involving Trump

Richard Pollock Reporter

Former President Barack Obama’s national security adviser Susan Rice ordered U.S. spy agencies to produce “detailed spreadsheets” of legal phone calls involving Donald Trump and his aides when he was running for president, according to former U.S. Attorney Joseph diGenova.

“What was produced by the intelligence community at the request of Ms. Rice were detailed spreadsheets of intercepted phone calls with unmasked Trump associates in perfectly legal conversations with individuals,” diGenova told The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group Monday.

“The overheard conversations involved no illegal activity by anybody of the Trump associates, or anyone they were speaking with,” diGenova said. “In short, the only apparent illegal activity was the unmasking of the people in the calls.”

Other official sources with direct knowledge and who requested anonymity confirmed to TheDCNF diGenova’s description of surveillance reports Rice ordered one year before the 2016 presidential election.

LOCK HER UP!!!

Yah, think Rice will plead the 5th?

Will she claim 'Executive Privilege'? If so, that would mean the order came from the President.

If she signed the log to review secure documents, she can neither claim 5A or Exec-Privilege.

QUESTION: who did Rice show the detailed spread-sheets and printouts of Trump's private calls to?

The answer must be acquired post-haste.

=================================================

It is possible that Obama, Rice, Farkas, Hillary and anyone who saw the evidence may have committed other federal offenses including but not limited to:

<><> Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, no Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Government (involves several felonies and could include forgery);

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civil and/or criminal RICO violations.

<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),

<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights).

<><> Possibly full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a "pattern" (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.

<><> Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Taxpayers demand the following agencies commence investigations at once:

<><> FBI -- Wire Fraud Division

<><> IRS-Fraud Unit

<><> Department of Justice’s Office of the Inspector General,

<><> Department of Commerce’s Office of Inspector General.

<><> DOJ's Criminal Division-- Public Integrity Section

<><> DOJ Criminal Division--Organized Crime and Gang Section.

Trump Surveillance: Has the Deep State Finally Gone Too Far?
Written by C. Mitchell Shaw

“The crux of the whole thing is that the intelligence community — hell-bent on proving some type of “Russian connection” — crossed some lines that should never have been crossed in an attempt prove what looks more and more like the unprovable. As this writer wrote just three days after the president’s tweets about wiretapping (and while the liberal mainstream media was still painting a picture of a paranoid, tinfoil-hat-wearing Trump), the wiretapping appears to be part of a bigger attempt to discredit the president:

As part of the investigation into alleged — and unproven — connections between the Trump campaign and Russia, the Obama administration appears to have wired Trump tower for sound. The New American previously covered the intelligence community’s attacks on Trump — first as a candidate, then as President-elect — including the release of a “dossier” purported to show that Trump was both under the control of and the beneficiary of Russian intelligence services. Claiming that Russian President Vladimir Putin wanted Trump in the White House, Trump’s enemies in politics and the intelligence community — with an assist from the liberal mainstream media — pushed forward with an “investigation” to prove those claims, while ignoring clear evidence that the Clinton campaign had direct ties to Russia.”

They keep pretending that the collection and unmasking of Americans was “incidental” to legitimate foreign surveillance.

While that may have been the initial identification of Trump associates, it quickly transitioned to direct surveillance of the Trump team for political purposes.

With all of this direct proof of felonies by the Obama administration, they continue to pretend we should be focused on a fictitious Trump/Russia connection, for which there is no proof.

Will any of the spreadsheets prepared for or delivered to Susan Rice show up on the computer at ABC News?

Will anyone have the gumption to put Ian Cameron under oath and ask a probing question?

Check out the connection.

It’s obvious what they were doing....using the apparatus of the federal government to dig up dirt on a political opponent. IF Trump really wants to drain the swamp and set an example he will pursue this aggressively and not just let it slide.

The shadowy cartel that snuck Obama into office used the IRS to harass patriotic non-profits. Just makes sense that they would use intelligence agencies to harass patriotic candidates. (hat tip ben lurkin)

Kudos to Ben.

Time to take another look at how the hate-America Obama fooled a nation......and was foisted on an unsuspecting electorate....not once but twice.

Perhaps the FBI will request “pretty please” (like
the DNC) as to whether Rice gave her HUSBAND
some of the spreadsheets (busily being BROADCAST
elsewhere).

Probably not since it just might lead to Obama
or Clinton and Comey was PAID to look away.
