Does Mr. Nakola have a basis for a civil case against Susan Rice?

No one in the media can admit that IF there was a single damning conversation since they started this unmasking, it would have been fed to the press.
The only thing they have done is caught Flynn in a lie about having a conversation.
That is all the evidence I need that there is no Russian collaboration with Trump.
Now that this criminal act has been exposed, rice supporters claim it’s entirely legal. If so, why wasn’t this detailed to the new administration immediately? Why all the obfuscation?
Ah, the District of Corruption....
drain the swamp
There can be little doubt but that Rice was acting on orders from the president. She would not have done this on her own.
Spreadsheet software is so much better now than in the VisiCalc days.
obama had no reason to suspect that Trump was working with the Russians. He just used that as an excuse to justify spying on Trump to help Hillary win.
I bet President Trump knew that he was probably being spied on, because he knows his enemies, and had his entire team act accordingly.
Everyone in the media knows the government has a database of every phone call, message, email, bank transaction, etc... on everyone of them. All it takes is a wink and nod and a mention of a name and it’s the end.
Bachmann: Susan Rice Surveilling 1000 Times Worse Than Watergate
“This is how lawless the Obama administration was.”By Randy DeSoto

Former Congresswoman Michele Bachmann believes the apparent surveilling of Donald Trump and his associates by the Obama administration is a thousand times worse than Watergate and may well result in jail time for those involved.

If they had detailed records of Trump before the election —then its clear why the head of all the spook agencies said there was no collusion between trump and the russians. They had all of trumps records in front of them.
Someone inside the agencies may have tipped them off..........................
Panic set in on Election Night at about 9 pm.................................
Luke 6:43 - 44...
A Tree Is Known by Its Fruit
For a good tree does not bear bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit. 44 For every tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they gather grapes from a bramble bush. "
US Media Is Hiding the Susan Rice Story, Obamas Burgeoning Police State

The media is burying the Susan Rice spy scandal. The NY Times has it on p.16 and The Washington Post forgot to report it at all Tuesday morning. They are busy promoting the Russia-Trump collusion story which has been debunked by the former presidents top intelligence officials, including John Brennan and Mike Morell.
The Atlantic ran a long article in support of Rices incidental collection and reluctantly agreed it might give the administration some positives temporarily, but in the end, without proof, it will go nowhere. This is the magazine that has been running fake Russia-Trump stories without an ounce of proof.
Soross Think Progress called it the totally phony Susan Rice story. It was legal and ethical, they declared.
CBS Newss Scott Pelley kept it neutral. We learned more today about the Presidents allegation that he and his aides were caught up in Obama-era surveillance, he said, ticking over to Margaret Brennan who launched into a defense of Rice.
Well, Scott, Brennan said, as national security adviser to the president, Susan Rice could and did request the names of individuals who were picked up during legal surveillance of foreign nationals. She then cited unnamed sources who told her there was nothing wrong with what Rice did.
ABC evening news ignored the story completely.
