A Freedom of Information Request shows that Dr. Anthony Fauci, the Director of the National Institute for Health’s National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Diseases and current Chief Medical Advisor to the President, is the highest paid US government employee. Data from the latest year for which federal salaries are available reveal that Fauci made $417,608 in 2019.
