I am feeling disgusted that some federal judge may postpone the CA recall election to March of next year... If that happens, will Gray Davis survive the recall? By March, would the voter anger against him weaken? Some people do have short memories...

OK, really lame and I hope this isn't a state secret ... we know FR has climbed on the rankings the past few months ... I was just wondering how many page views happen, on average, per day? ... I'm guessing around 900,000 to 1,000,000 per day ... maybe 1,400,000??? (dons flameproof suit ... watches sky for ZOT! ... LOL) just curious!

At the 1994 annual awards dinner given for Forensic Science, AAFS, President Dr. Don Harper Mills astounded his audience with the legal complications of a bizarre death. Here is the story: On March 23,1994 the medical examiner viewed the body of Ronald Opus and concluded that he died from a shotgun wound to the head. Mr. Opus had jumped from the top of a ten story building intending to commit suicide. He left a note to that effect, indicating his despondency. As he fell past the ninth floor his life was interrupted by a shotgun blast passing through a window...

Has anyone else in Boston noticed that WTKK just isn't as strong as it used to be in the afternoons? Not being able to listen to Jay Severin is really ruining my summer. Has anyone heard any news or gossip about this? Anything? Thanks!

Fox News coming through my Direct TV has a really dark tint to it. I guess it could be fromt he blackout but PMSNBC and CNN look fine.

We all know that Arnold is Schwarzenegger is Liberal. So why does the mainstream media refer to him as a "moderate Republican", and why do many conservative commentators/columnists refer to him as a "liberal Republican" (isn't that an oxymoron)? Why not call him what he is - a RINO! In fact, why doesn't Arnold switch parties and become a DemocRAT because that's what he really is. The Republican party should not assume that a conservative/semi-conservative could never be elected in California, especially considering Davis' dismal poll numbers. Why can't prominant Republicans like David Dreier get behind McClintock and poured...

How long, and better yet, WHO will it be? My guess: Charlie Rangel. Tonight or tomorrow morning on "Today".

First, please forgive me if I posted this question in the wrong place or with the wrong settings. It's just a stupid question. I was out washing my car when a neighbor (who I don't know too well, but there is no ill history) stopped by and said it was illegal for me to back the car into the garage! He claimed the fumes (CO I suppose) would get into the garage and harm people. He says he wasn't going to "turn me in or anything," just "letting me know." I've never heard of anything like this and a quick...

WEST TISBURY, Mass. - It wasn't the island's most gruesome crime: Similar massacres have occurred in the past. But for a few weeks on Martha's Vineyard this summer as rumors swirled and accusations flew, it seemed the whole island was obsessed by the question: Who killed Mal Jones' chickens? Partly it was the horrific nature of the crime -- body parts and feathers strewn all over the bloodied coop. Partly it was the accused. Sabrina, a beautiful 2 1/2-year-old malamute-collie mix has a silvery tan coat and deep brown eyes that radiate friendliness, not murderous intent. But mainly the crime...

I just read a message that a guy heard on CTV was with Canada's Defense Minister, John McClennan (not Energy Minister), but he was emphatic that he had been told "by authorities in the US" that the fire was at a power plant in PA. CTV just reported that the Nuclear Fire story has NOT yet been confirmed by ANY American source. CNN did have the same rumor in type pass by the screen momments ago.

Never mind the hysteria wolf blitzer keeps trying to create and how he keeps equating this to 9/11 but my gosh...how horrible does paula zahn look? You could tell she's one of these that do not have natural beauty and needs to sit in front of a make-up artist for three hours!!

State Street Episcopal Church in Portland, near where I live, had a rector who championed the gay cause while in the pulpit. Then he retired recently, big write up in the newspaper and all that. In the article I read that he had a nice retirement home to live in -- with his long-time male companion. Guess what? You got it. Nuff said, right? Right! Well no wonder the rector took to TV local news with his conviction of standing alongside gay rights in the state of Maine. Read between the blinds; even a blind person could do it this...

I am interested in possibly teaching when I retire from the military. Do you HAVE to join the union in order to teach?
