A talk radio company that employs some of the nation’s most popular conservative radio hosts has issued a memo barring talent from spreading conspiracy theories about the 2020 presidential election. “We need to help induce national calm NOW,” wrote an executive with Cumulus Media in a Wednesday directive, the same day as the deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol by a pro-Trump mob, according to The Washington Post. Brian Philips, the company’s executive vice president, went on to say Cumulus and its program syndication branch, Westwood One, “will not tolerate any suggestion that the election has not ended. The election...

President Trump acknowledged that he bears some blame for the Capitol riot last week during a conversation with House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy, a source familiar told Fox News. Two sources say McCarthy R-Calif., relayed the president’s sentiment on a call Monday with the House GOP Conference. McCarthy, on the call Monday with Republicans, agreed that Trump bore blame for the unrest which sent Congress into lockdown as they tried to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election last week. The White House did not immediately respond to requests for comment. The riot left five people dead, including one...

I heard it is supposed to be about Big Tech, but maybe it's border wall stuff. Who knows for sure these days.

Guest piece by Karen Kataline The deep state and the corrupt media can’t count or report votes fairly but they expect us to believe this poll: Majority of Americans want Trump removed immediately after U.S. Capitol violence (Reuters/Ipsos poll) Snap judgements are the stock in-trade of the media and the Left. They are deliberately pushed to manipulate the public into believing that “everyone” agrees with their latest politically motivated idea, in the hopes that “everyone” will. Their tactics advance and elevate collectivism, mob rule (when it’s their mob) and dismantle our treasured American tenants like Due Process and the notion...

[Note: This piece includes heavy video content.] This whole impeachment thing is obviously not polling well for them. – As is always the case, Democrats make every decision based on polls and focus groups. This is nothing new, it’s how they have functioned as a party since the advent of the Clinton national plague in 1992. So, why would anyone think this latest nonsense about impeaching a President who has 9 days remaining in office would be any different? Since last Thursday, all the Democrat chatter has been about kicking the process in the House off when the members convene...

At least 25 people are being investigated for terrorism in connection to last week’s riot at the Captiol, a congressman said Sunday. The revelation was disclosed by Colorado Rep. Jason Crow, citing the Secretary of the Army Ryan McCarthy, whom he spoke with earlier in the day. “Secretary McCarthy said at least 25 domestic terrorism cases have been opened as a result of the assault on the Capitol,” Crow, a former Army Ranger, wrote in a press release posted to Twitter.

While 19FortyFive cannot independently confirm the authenticity of the video, a clip uploaded to TickTok then loaded to YouTube shows a self-described Trump supporter kicked off a flight in what looks like Dulles Airport in Washington, DC (an educated guess as I have flown out of this airport a lot and it looks exactly like it.)

I took a beating on Twitter Thursday night for making what I thought was a commonsense observation that President Trump should be negotiating favorable terms for resignation "if there are 20 GOP senators who’d vote to impeach." In our current climate, this was taken as a call for Trump’s impeachment. But it wasn’t a value judgment. It was a mathematical calculation. As it happens, I do think the president has committed an impeachable offense, making a reckless speech that incited a throng on the mall, which foreseeably included an insurrectionist mob. These rioters ended up overwhelming security forces and storming...

Donald Trump has started putting together a defense team for a second impeachment trial with Rudy Giuliani and Alan Dershowitz said to both be in the running. Two sources told CNN Giuliani, Trump's personal attorney and the man who spearheaded the president's failed legal efforts to overturn the presidential election, is expected to represent Trump if the unprecedented event of a second impeachment trial materializes. The sources said Trump is also considering hiring Dershowitz, the controversial celebrity attorney who represented him at his first impeachment trial in December 2019 for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.

Republican Sen. Pat Toomey on Sunday called for President Trump to resign because of the riots carried out by his supporters at the US Capitol last Wednesday, doubting whether there is time left in his presidency for impeachment to make its way through Congress. “I think the best way for our country … is for the president to resign and go away as soon as possible. I acknowledge that may not be likely, but I think that would be best,” the Pennsylvania lawmaker said on NBC News’ “Meet the Press.” “It does not look as though there is the will...

Vice President Mike Pence has not ruled out an effort to invoke the 25th Amendment and wants to preserve the option in case President Donald Trump becomes more unstable, a source close to the vice president says. The source said there is some concern inside Pence's team that there are risks to invoking the 25th Amendment or even to an impeachment process, as Trump could take some sort of rash action putting the nation at risk. As of Saturday evening, Trump and Pence still have not spoken since the Wednesday incursion at the US Capitol that left five people dead,...

In a somewhat unbelievable turn of events, it was revealed last night that the folks at Parler were using Amazon of all companies as the provider for their web hosting services. I honestly am having an incredibly difficult time wrapping my mind around that fact. That reality came back to haunt Parler’s management on Saturday when Amazon very predictably notified them that their social media endeavor will be de-platformed as of midnight tonight: Now, from my own recent experience, I can assure you that Parler will not be able to move its extremely complex operation to a new hosting provider...

[Note: This piece includes heavy video content.] Can we just trade Lisa Murkowski for Tulsi Gabbard? – Just a reminder that freedom of speech is being eliminated in real time right out in the open, and Alaska RINO Sen. Lisa Murkowski is spending her time talking about impeaching a President who is the main target of Big Tech.

THEY came. They stormed. They wandered. On screen, a ragged line of polyester-clad insurgents sauntering through the vestibule of the Capitol, the red ropes on brass stands confirming their status of visitor or tourist to the home of their government. At the cordon, they seemed to lose their anarchic zeal, lining up between the ropes, raising their phones to record the moment of their arrival, literal and metaphoric. An incongruous sight. Shock came with the signal shaman in bared teeth, chest, furs, horns; the ‘freedom-fighter’ advertising Camp Auschwitz; rebels in assorted MAGA gear designed by fear, embroidered by hate, the...

LAURENS, S.C. (WSPA) – City of Laurens Mayor Nathan Senn announced a healthcare emergency this week as Prisma Health Hospitals in the Upstate reach capacity, and said the National Guard has been called to assist what is becoming “a field medicine scenario.” In a recorded message, the mayor explained measures being taken at Laurens Hospital, saying the third floor has been converted to a surge area for COVID-19 patients to provide 29 extra beds. Workers are exploring other facilities to house patients, as critical care units are overflowing. “What we feared has now happened,” Senn said of hospitals being at...

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell told his Republican colleagues in the upper chamber that the earliest a second impeachment trial of President Trump would begin is January 20th, the day President-elect Joe Biden will be sworn into office. House Democrats are planning to impeach Trump with a single impeachment article charging him with 'incitement of insurrection' as anger swells over the ransacking of the United States Capitol by a mob inspired by the president. Democrats are demanding that Trump resign or face impeachment while just a handful of Republicans signaled they are willing to consider voting in favor of removing...
