A teacher in St. Louis County is accused of having sexual contact with a minor under the age of 17. Grant Gaumer, 37, faces two charges of statutory sodomy and one allegation of sexual contact with a student. He was a Lindbergh High School teacher. The Constitutional Court overturned a law that restricted same-sex unions to civil partnerships, according to court documents seen by CNN.
