This week marks the 100th birthday celebration of the late President Ronald Reagan. And his library in the southern California city of Simi Valley has been buzzing with celebrities, politicians and well wishers. A U.S. Navy F-14A Tomcat, assigned to Fighter Squadron 102 (VF-102), makes a transonic high-speed flyby past the aircraft carrier USS America (CV-66) on 1 March 1991. The photo was taken while the USS America was stationed in the Red Sea.
