Another Florida abortionist has stopped performing abortions at one clinic rather than comply with rules and regulations, and pro-life activists say it's the 11th closure of a U.S. abortion business in just three months. The newest case involves abortionist Randall Whitney, whose Family Planning Center in Daytona Beach, Fla., no longer will provide abortions, according to officials at Operation Rescue.
