Two white men were being questioned Friday after an unidentified man claimed to have a suspicious device in his car close to the U.S. Capitol. Police cordoned off several streets near where the gray 2005 Chevy Impala was parked on the corner of First Street and Constitution Ave., N.W. That's very close to the Senate offices.
