<p>If you are searching for wisdom in life, a children's library of fairy tales, myths and fables is an excellent place to begin. They are much more useful than studying psychology and political science in college.</p>
<p>I pay a lot of attention to these stories. The good ones are universal stories about the human condition, and contain a great deal of wisdom about the nature of good and evil (and the triumph of the former over the latter), the relationships between men and women, the destructiveness of hubris, the functions of government, and many other things than affects everyone's lives.</p>
