Obama will never go to trial. There is no way a DC jury would convict him.

I honestly do not see these prosecutions going anywhere substantive. But they will expose a lot of the graft and corruption committed by Obama and his henchman. That is worth something.
Some of the naysayers here, or even most of them, don’t want Obama to be held accountable. This is why they post.
But they have nothing.

Trump didn't get fair trial regarding personal allegations imo. So are trials for elite Democrats already scripted for innocent verdicts?
And along with it will come an even greater uptick in serious violence from the left if they perceive their situation deteriorating further.
As increased funding beefs up deportations of illegals, expect the pro illegal violence to ramp up. It's possible if a sufficient number of the perps get hard time in the federal pen that may dampen their enthusiasm for mayhem. But most are young and pretty stupid, so.....And it's unclear how much that would affect the professional anarchists.
The approach and charges should be against the same defendants but redirected their coup of the Biden Administration with the coup against the Trump 45 Admin being secondary.
Additionally, all of the lawfare and district court judgements sure looks like attempted coups against Trump 47.
It would have to be outside DC. Preferably in a military tribunal at Gitmo.
And it would have to be for seditious conspiracy rather than treason since we have not declared official war on any country, and whether it could be for seditious conspiracy depends on the lawyerly wrangling over the meaning of the words in that statute.
I’ve been trying to find out what the requirements are for finding that a government has been taken over by belligerents, because that is the point we need to reach in order for the military to step in and remove the belligerents and restore the functioning of the legitimate Constitutional government. I don’t know that info, but it seems to me that this is the only way the rest of the country can ever see justice, given the corruption within the DC courts/judges.
And I hope and pray that we reach that point soon.
