Evan Bayh, Democrat and son of former Democrat Senator and Presidential candidate Birch Bayh, has raised more money for his Political Action Committee (used by many candidates to boost Presidential aspirations) than assumed Democrat front-runner Hillary Clinton (Democrat Senator supposedly from New York).
