It’s a topsy-turvy world when law-breakers — those who illegally enter and stay in the United States — are sacred cows, while those who criticize the law-breakers are ostracized and demonized. On June 16, 2015, when Donald Trump announced that he’s entering the crowded race to become the 2016 Republican presidential nominee, he made some remarks about illegal immigration which brought the wrath of the PC Left on his head. Trump said: “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re sending people that have lots of problems. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. I will...

A leading member of the liberal media is trying to link Donald Trump‘s presidential campaign to an outrageous murder allegedly committed by an illegal immigrant. Raven-Symoné Pearman of ABC’s “The View” showed her conspiratorial side when she told her co-hosts that the murder of Kate Steinle, 32, by an illegal alien in San Francisco might have been connected to, if not orchestrated by, Trump’s campaign. According to The Wrap, the newest co-host of ABC’s daytime talk show started explaining her theory by weighing in on why she thinks Trump is running for president. Apparently it’s all a vast conspiracy to...

RUSH: Now, there are other factors, too, in presidential races that are impossible to account for. You never know how somebody's gonna come off to others on TV, for example, which is a big deal. You don't know what's gonna happen in debates. I don't know if there's gonna be a dark horse. Nobody knows what's really gonna become of Trump, how long Trump's gonna hang in. The media's obsessed with Trump right now. They're obsessed. They're convinced that Trump's destroying the Republican Party -- which they want, by the way. They would love nothing better than for that to...

Mexican authorities searched frantically on Monday for the notorious drug kingpin known as "El Chapo" — but there was no sign of him more than 24 hours after his astonishing, elaborate escape from a maximum-security prison. In a devastating embarrassment for the Mexican government, the kingpin, Joaquin Guzman, slipped into a shaft through the shower floor of his prison cell and got away in a mile-long, ventilated tunnel outfitted with a motorbike. "This is like capturing Osama bin Laden, having him spend a year in prison, and then walking away from that prison only to re-engage in his terrorist activities,"...

Donald Trump on Sunday blasted "corrupt Mexican officials" for letting a notorious drug kingpin escape from a maximum security prison. Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman escaped the prison by riding a motorcycle through a mile-long tunnel that was connected to the shower area of Guzman's cell. It is his second escape, and prison employees are being questioned. Trump noted that the last time Guzman escaped he was free for 13 years. "He has been selling drugs in the U.S. big-time – a major kingpin," he said in a statement sent to the media. "He is possibly in the U.S. and his...

Timothy Egan, liberal New York Times reporter turned left-wing Times columnist, filed "Not Like Us" for Saturday's paper, portraying the Republican field as avidly chasing the "red-faced" "immigrant-hatred vote," calling out not only Donald Trump but Ted Cruz, a Cuban-American. But first, Egan unveiled a supposedly clever historical sleight of hand designed to shame conservatives: They were criminals -- thugs and thieves -- a single ethnic group that filled the jails of big cities. “Scum unloaded on American wharves,†one speaker in Philadelphia said of them. Dirty, filthy, foreign. As for their children, they were “utterly ignorant of a place...

News of Mexican drug kingpin Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman’s Saturday night escape from a Mexican prison prompted Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to take to his 2.2 million-person Facebook account with messages aimed at the fecklessness of his presidential rivals’ abilities to handle the world’s most notorious drug lord.

RUSH: El Chopo. Or is it El Chapo? El Chapo. So El Chapo gets out of jail, a mile long tunnel, one and a half kilometers, ventilated, built right under the Mexicans in their Mexico City jail, nobody knows how. The Drive-Bys are marveling, folks, over what an engineering feat it is, just like they used to marvel how Bill Clinton lied to them. The Drive-Bys are just stunned and impressed beyond all measure at how El Chapo built his escape tunnel. El Chapo, the biggest drug lord ever. Greetings, my friends, and great to have you here. Rush Limbaugh...

Escaped Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman ordered his young wife, Emma Coronel, herself a U.S. citizen and daughter of another Mexican drug lord, to give birth in California to secure U.S. citizenship for his children. The Daily Mail reports that the feds didn’t thwart the Mexican drug cartel anchor baby scheme: “Federal agents wanted to stop her, but had no formal charges to file so had to let her go free.” Another immigration success story — despite the $5 million bounty placed on El Chapo’s head in Mexico, Coronel gave birth to twin daughters on August 15, 2012....

Most voters continue to believe the federal government is a supporter, not an opponent, of illegal immigration, and even more are in favor of imposing tougher sanctions on those who hire or rent property to those who are in this country illegally. A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 55% of Likely U.S. Voters think the policies and practices of the federal government encourage people to enter the United States illegally, down just two points from March’s recent high. Twenty-eight percent (28%) disagree, while 17% are undecided. . .

Government documents show the Drug Enforcement Administration had intelligence about at least two plots to help Mexican drug kingpin Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman escape from a maximum security prison. Internal DEA documents obtained by The Associated Press reveal that drug agents first got information on escape plans in March 2014. That was about a month after Guzman was captured in Mazatlan, Mexico.

A top establishment Republican donor reportedly wants Donald Trump banned from the first presidential debate... And that is not sitting well with some of the party’s top donors, many of whom favor pro-amnesty legislation and do want to see their establishment darlings like Jeb Bush and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) 80% challenged on the issue. According to an Associated Press report, “Republican donor John Jordan said Monday that GOP leaders should take steps to block Trump’s access to the first presidential debate in early August.” “Someone in the party ought to start some sort of petition saying, ‘If Trump’s going...

A majority of likely voters say action should be taken against jurisdictions with sanctuary policies for illegal immigrants, according to a new Rasmussen Reports survey. The poll found that 62 percent of likely voters think the Justice Department “should take legal action against cities that provide sanctuary for illegal immigrants.” Just 26 percent opposed the idea, and 12 percent were undecided. On the separate question of whether the federal government should cut off funds to sanctuary cities, 58 percent of likely voters agreed, 32 percent disagreed, and 10 percent were undecided. Rasmussen notes that the results for this question have...

Ha! Just what you'd expect. The American news media is feeling a bit confused by two conservative Republican Lateeeeeen-ohs running for president. Here's their dilemma: How are they to cover such an aberration? If they emphasize their ethnicity, they might actually win them some votes among those hot-blooded irrational Lateeeeeen-ohs. Better not to mention it.Ah, but if they fail to emphasize their ethnicity, some of their more sensitive politically-correct listeners and reders might start to think that there is some politically-incorrect bias involved. Better to make a big deal about it.So, take a look at these two reports from yesterday.First, examine this...

Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman who has a $7.5 Million bounty on his head and runs the Sinaloa cartel reportedly has a U.S. driver’s license issued in California. According to the investigative report, “The Hunt for El Chapo Guzman, Mexico’s Most Elusive Drug Lord,” by the Univision network, Guzman obtained a driver’s license under the alias of Max Aragon in 1988. He obtained the license even though he was a wanted man by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and a Mexican national. The driver’s license information is part of a confidential file the DEA keeps on El Chapo. The year-long investigative...
