Due to the irregularity of this current 2020 Presidential Election, this is a crowdsourcing tool for organizing anomalies and legal issues. Our desire is that more of the election process would be made transparent so there would be unquestionable confidence in our voting systems. This is for aggregating publicly available items of evidence that would be admissible in court, not general election news stories or updates.

WASHINGTON—President-elect Joe Biden is set to be sworn in as president on Jan. 20 amid unparalleled security measures and the pandemic lockdown, making it one of the most untraditional inaugurations in U.S. history. Like many predecessors, Biden is going to be sworn in on the steps of the Capitol building. But the traditional parade down Pennsylvania Avenue, which normally draws hundreds of thousands of Americans, has been canceled, to be replaced by a virtual parade. Inaugural balls have been canceled as well. The viewing stand near the White House has been dismantled, making this event likely the smallest inauguration in...

For months now, since Election night on November 3rd, The Gateway Pundit has been exposing the massive and unprecedented fraud in the 2020 presidential election. The days when Democrats find 500 ballots in a trunk of a car are over. Today their election fraud includes likely every segment of the election process from illegal voters to fraudulent counting. Since the US Capitol rioting on January 6th the Democrat-Media Complex, including the tech giants, will no longer allow ANY discussion on fraud in the 2020 election. Democrats and RINO Republicans like Lindsey Graham are determined to shut this discussion down. This...

Without challenge, Joe Biden won 306 electoral votes to Donald Trump’s 232 votes, a margin of 74 votes. Seven slates of state electors were contested totaling 94 electoral votes. Given the 74 vote Biden margin Congress and Vice President Pence would either have to switch 38 elector votes from Biden to Trump or they would have to invalidate 75 electors in order for Trump to win. The 2020 election theft has been described as “death by a thousand cuts”. Leftist conspirators customized theft strategies to exploit weaknesses in many state election procedures, and coupled them heavily with excuses provided by...

Federal agents arrested a self-admitted anarchist and “hardcore leftist” on Friday on suspicion of plotting to violently disrupt planned election-related protests at the Florida state Capitol. Prosecutors said they “averted a crisis” at the Capitol by arresting 33-year-old Daniel Baker, taking him into custody on a charge involving making a threat to kidnap or injure, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida announced in a news release. “Baker issued a call to arms for like-minded individuals to violently confront protestors gathered at the Florida Capitol this Sunday,” prosecutors said. “He specifically called for others to join him...

The Department of Justice on Friday announced it closed an investigation into ballots that were discarded in Pennsylvania. “After a thorough investigation conducted by the FBI and prosecutors from my office, we have determined that there is insufficient evidence to prove criminal intent on the part of the person who discarded the ballots,” acting U.S. Attorney Bruce Brandler said in a statement. “Therefore, no criminal charges will be filed and the matter is closed.” Brandler recently replaced David Freed, the former U.S. attorney who last year revealed nine military absentee ballots had been tossed in Luzerne County. Freed resigned on...

Prosecutors in Georgia are moving closer to opening a criminal investigation into President Donald Trump, according to The New York Times. Fulton County's new district attorney, Fani Willis, is seriously considering whether to launch an official inquiry into Trump's attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 Election, the paper reported. Willis has also deliberated over whether to hire a special assistant to oversee the inquiry, sources told the Times. The calls for Trump to be investigated have come from watchdog groups and Democratic lawmakers. Earlier this month, the sole Democrat on Georgia's state election board, David Worley, called on...

ustice Department prosecutors have formally walked back their assertion in a court filing that said Capitol rioters sought to "capture and assassinate elected officials." A federal prosecutor in Arizona asked a magistrate judge in a hearing on Friday to strike the line in a recent court filing about defendant Jacob Anthony Chansley, a man who is alleged to have led some in the crowd in the first wave into the Capitol with a bullhorn while carrying a spear and wearing a fur headdress. The entire line the prosecutors want to omit from their court filing is: "Strong evidence, including Chansley's...

Over 400 people from the Intelligence Community (IC), military, law enforcement, and the judiciary have formed a loose network to investigate irregularities in the 2020 election. Robert Caron, one of the organizers of this network, began his intelligence career with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). He later worked for the Special Situation Group, a task force established by President George H.W. Bush that includes strategic planning, technologies, and foreign and domestic investigations. He told The Epoch Times that he was recruited to the network in 2014, during which time many in the intelligence community (IC) were seeing an increase in...

Progressives have a new confidence following the election of Joe Biden, the turmoil at the Capitol, and now the second impeachment of Donald Trump. Their newfound buoyancy of spirit is such they’ve begun vocally supporting efforts at censorship and blacklists in ways they might have shied away from before. As a final humiliation, they’re rather aggressively now demanding conservatives assume the position and apologize for believing the 2020 election might have had some security and integrity problems. Apologize so the nation can start to heal, the message goes. “Republican lawmakers who objected to the electoral vote results on the grounds...

Harvard’s cancel culture is just warming up. After Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) was given the boot this week from the Harvard Institute of Politics Senior Advisory Committee, students are now demanding that degrees be revoked from White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany, Sen. Ted Cruz, and Rep. Dan Crenshaw. According to the petition that’s circulating on campus, the move is in response to them spreading “disinformation and mistrust,” Fox Business reports. The petition is entitled, “Revoke their Degrees,” and was circulated by four students who attend Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, FOX Business has confirmed. It calls on the university...

We received a lengthy letter from Dominion's defamation lawyers explaining why they believe that their client has been the victim of defamatory statements. Having considered the full import of the letter, we have agreed to their request that we publish the following statement: American Thinker and contributors Andrea Widburg, R.D. Wedge, Brian Tomlinson, and Peggy Ryan have published pieces on www.AmericanThinker.com that falsely accuse US Dominion Inc., Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., and Dominion Voting Systems Corporation (collectively “Dominion”) of conspiring to steal the November 2020 election from Donald Trump. These pieces rely on discredited sources who have peddled debunked theories...

Like Fox News and other right-wing media, KMOX must be identified as one of the fomenters of the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol. The criminal actions undertaken by the mob were fueled daily by the hatred and lies of Rush Limbaugh and those listeners who follow him. The station is now a shameful part of our local legacy.

The House in Washington State is proposing a law to make elections less transparent so they can steal them into perpetuity. They want to pass a bill exempting election security information from public records. The Democrats in the state of Washington are afraid of being caught stealing future elections like they did the last one. So they want to make information that comes out of an audit of security reviews and other similar information away from its citizens review.
