FAIRFIELD —Two adults and two youths have been cited after an incident Tuesday evening at the Fairfield Aquatic Center. Fairfield police declined to discuss the incident on camera, but according to a report obtained by WLWT, the incident started when aquatic center employees asked some children to leave the pool because of their behavior. The children told the park ranger their mom said they didn't have to leave, the report states.
