(Washington) -- Connecticut Senator Christopher Dodd has scheduled a news conference at noon today to answer questions about a possible run for the presidency. Dodd has not yet said whether he'll pursue a run for the White House in 2004, but he has said for months that he's considering it. Today's event at the Old State House in Hartford may answer that question. Dodd, the state's senior senator, is a leading liberal voice in the Senate. Connecticut's junior senator Joe Lieberman has already announced he's running for president.
