One of the candidate’s running to replace republican Chris Lee of Craigslist fame used a quirk in New York election law to place himself on the ballot as a Tea Party candidate. (Think Jimmy McMillan and “Rent is too Damn High Party”) Jack Davis after losing the Democratic nomination gathered 8,500 more signatures than the required 3,500 to be on a Tea Party line of May 24ths ballot.
