UK minister tweets: Demonstrators turned entire audience pro-Israel Anti-Israel protesters disrupted a live BBC broadcast of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra playing in London's Royal Albert Hall. The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra was participating in the BBC Proms summer classical music festival. BBC Radio 3, which carried a live broadcast of Thursday's concert, was forced to suspend the broadcast several times, over the protesters shouting and heckling.

Far left members of National People’s Action took credit for the disruption. They’re outraged that they won’t be getting more of your money. The Washington Post reported: More than 20 protesters were arrested Monday afternoon after causing a disruption in the House gallery as lawmakers debated the debt-reduction deal negotiated by the White House and congressional leaders. Capitol Police spokeswoman Sgt. Kimberly Schneider said 22 protesters were arrested and charged with disruption of Congress.

A passenger tried to open the exit door of a United Airlines plane while it was flying from Los Angeles to the Washington, D.C, area on Tuesday night, airline and Transportation Security Administration officials said. United Flight 890 landed as scheduled at Washington Dulles International Airport at 8:35 p.m., said TSA spokeswoman Amy Kudwa. No one was injured.
