FROM LOUISVILLE. LOUISVILLE, Ky., Tuesday, Nov. 1. Rumor says that Gen. HOOD with thirty thousand men crossed the Tennessee River going Northward to-day. The particulars and locality of the crossing are not stated, and are not attainable at present. The railroad and telegraph from Louisville to Atlanta are now in good order. The Henderson, Kentucky, News says that the great bulk of the drafted men in Kentucky are going into the Confederate service. R.A.
