David Codrea is a pillar of freedom fighters and Second Amendment supporters.  He and Mike Vanderbough broke the Fast and Furious scandal of the Obama administration encouraging the running of guns into Mexico.  He has numerous awards from the Second Amendment Foundation, the Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership, the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, and even from Soldier of Fortune magazine.   I consider David to be a role model, and I am proud to call him a colleague. An ethics complaint against U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has been filed by David Codrea and Mike Vanderboegh with the Office of Bar Counsel, Board on Professional Responsibility of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Reuters appears to have taken the side of the Obama Administration in the Operation Fast & Furious scandal in which guns were permitted by the Bureau of Alcohol Firearms Tobacco and Explosives in which guns were permitted to be "walked" across the Mexican border via the sale to straw buyers. The Department of Justice has portrayed this as a mere "botched" operation in which "mistakes" were made rather than the result of malignant intent.
