John McCain in which he will attack Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to an exclusive report from Foreign Policy. The piece would serve as a direct response to the New York Times Op-Ed Putin penned earlier this week, in which he criticized President Obama and asserted that the Syrian government was not responsible for a recent chemical weapons attack.
