Once again, a ‘mainline’ protestant denomination will be revisiting the topic of homosexuality at a national meeting this summer. The Episcopal Church’s triennial general convention is to meet this summer in Ohio, and opponents and proponents of openly gay people serving as bishops expect the question of acceptance of homosexuality in the Episcopal Church to be a major topic at the convention.
